This negatively affected the physical and psychological health of humans.

In this booklet, we monitor some foods that are desired to be consumed in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, which are of great benefit in supporting immunity, protecting against infections, and preserving human health, especially with the Corona epidemic that has spread across the earth and harmed people from it, and we will talk about fasting and its role in health and strengthening immunity and some foods that should be avoided or reduce it.

It is a modest contribution to enriching the Arab library and achieving scientific communication in this field.
