“This theoretical review aims to understand the role of cognitive-behavioral programs in improving the behavior of delinquent teenagers.

through the analysis of relevant literature and theories, it sheds light on how these programs impact positively on adolescent behavior by stimulating positive change.

the results indicate that cognitive-behavioral programs offer opportunities to raise awareness of the negative consequences of deviant behavior and promote positive thinking, contributing to the enhancement of adolescent behavior.

further research is encouraged to gain a deeper understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of these programs and to guide them more effectively.
