This research prepared and constructed in the concept of parsing in grammarians whom had restricted it on the trace that brings the factor, and adopted that the right concept of parsing is where Abu Fathi Osman Bini Gini and Abdul Gahir Al Jarjani and it is : Elucidation by utterances about functions of grammatical chapters and their syntax in the sentence and what so-called with functional semantic then, illustrated that the semantic will be first in self, then, the human will formulate his utterances accordingly what is arranged in his brain, and exposed to the comment terminology and it is the speech connection together by cause from some according to grammatical system.

Therefore, no single word has a meaning unless it is in the syntax or contextual and afterward addressed the trace of parsing in interpretation of texts and elicitation of rules and connotations.

The research concluded with analysis of some texts which illustrate that.
