This research tackles the position of the effect of the marriage of a man with his intent for making his wife lawful for her ex-husband, on the marriage contract, and I concluded that marriage for making the wife lawful for ex-husband is corrupt marriage contract, entails the obligation to segregating between the spouses, and does not have any effect before enter course and after enter course has some effects, but not from them making the woman lawful for her ex-husband.

Family laws did not tackle.

This issue except Jordanian Personal status law and the Moroccan Family Code but the matter is a mysterious for them.

All the laws must tackles.

This issue and decide the invalidity of marriage contract, which is intended to become a wife lawful for ex-husband and decide Sanctions on who did it.
