The area of the Prophetic Sunnah is a large area, and most of it deals with detailed partial issues, and facts that have their causes, purposes, realistic causes and contextual circumstances.

And sometimes it contradicts when applying if it is taken abstract, so taking it directly without realizing those distances is an abuse of the rulings and their application.

The research aims to set scientific controls and methodological methods for downloading the Prophet’s text, and clarifying its paths and methods, in a way that preserves from excess and slippage when downloading and activation, relying on the fundamentalist view and its rules, in light of trends that were absent from the fundamentalist system when dealing with prophetic texts.

Dealing with the Prophet’s Sunnah without regard to issues of jurisprudence and its principles, taking into account the reality and its merits, and not adopting the mechanisms of taking, inference and down loading, led to confusion and distortion.

And the emergence of that disorder is a result of downloading the prophetic text from the reality of its revelation, to a different reality with its circumstances and problems.

And the fundamentalist system, as it paid attention to the constant in Sharia, did not neglect the variable in it, which is no less important than the first; Because by it the reality, which it called change and renewal, is established, and therefore it is necessary to take into account this change arising from the progress and renewal of life.
