Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the obstacles that face building an enrichment program for gifted students in Palestine.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the study tool (interview), Through the qualitative approach, the study population consisted of principals in the schools of Qalqilya Governorate, and the size of the study sample was (8) of principals in the schools of Qalqilya Governorate.

The researcher came out with several results that show that there are challenges facing building an enrichment program for talented students in Palestine, most notably human resources, represented by teachers, administrations, counselors, supervisors and all partners in the care, guidance and investment of talented people, The physical, psychological and social environment, which is the school, neighborhood, family and what surrounds the talented, and the lack of legislation, laws and texts in the field of gifted people constitutes a great challenge for them.

The researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to develop a plan for the care of gifted students and study it by all those concerned with the care of the gifted and put it into practice during the school year and follow it carefully and carefully, including inventorying talents and what will be provided to the gifted.
