Abstract EN

The plastic arts presented its artistic productions through aesthetic and constructive treatments related to the visual phenomenon and the impressions it generates on the levels of sensory perception and the dark self.

The vision of the eye, so the formative structures of its aesthetic achievements were formed in colors, lines, and forms that take the structural and relational interdependence in them to a more effective level in producing achievements that affect and are affected by the nature of society and its rapid movement.

Hence, the research problem came from the question of what are the visual perceptual factors that contribute to the reception of contemporary ceramic production? While the aim of the research was to identify the factors of visual perception in contemporary ceramic formation according to theories of perception.

This necessitated a theoretical review that included research in, first: perceptual theories, second: the ceramic image in visual reception.

Then analyze three contemporary ceramic models, and reach the most important results: The Gestalt theory focused on the perception of the ceramic hologram tends, according to its laws, to the realization of the relationship between the perception of the different parts and their placement within a whole or each one through the laws of aggregation, and then distinguish or perceive the distinct parts after realizing the totalities.

-The mental schemas stored in the recipient's memory are adopted and combined with what they feel in order to be evaluated and the due action taken towards the visual ceramic formation of the viewer.
