Abstract EN

The present study aimed to explore the perceptions of public-school students in Ajloun towards distance education during the Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic.

a descriptive survey-based approach was adopted.

a questionnaire was designed.

it’s based on five-point Likert scale.

the population involves all the public-school students in Ajloun who received distance education during this pandemic.

the researcher chose a sample through using the purposive sampling method.

the sample consists from 217 female and male students.

those students were chosen from two public primary schools and two secondary primary schools.

the forms were passed by hand to the sample.

all the forms were retrieved.

SPSS software was used.

it was found that the perceptions of public-school students in Ajloun towards distance education during the Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic are positive.

the researcher recommends developing school curricula in Jordan and adding distance education-based activities to those curricula.
