Abstract EN

This paper aims to organize a disciplinary law for delinquent judges, in conjunction with their immunity and the peremptory of their sentences, and to take this recommendation into consideration by the competent authorities and shows what the penalties are permissible to be imposed on them, their legitimacy, and the material and moral penalties included in it.

then it determines the appropriate body for this discipline in a manner that guarantees the right of the opponent and the non-dominance of the judge.

it also disclosed some deviations justified by these penalties, which was done in two sections, included the essence of penalties, and its legitimacy, and its justifications, and pictures of it which carried out by the implementation department.

in this study, the researcher followed the descriptive approach to the various work done in the sharia execution courts, in addition to the inductive and analytical approach to the solutions that were followed to fix errors and compensate for them.
