Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the extent to which school principals in the second al-Zarqa directorate of education practice administrative and technical competencies from their point of view.

the study sample consisted of (111) principals (male, 48 and female, 63) and used the descriptive approach.

a questionnaire was used for administrative and technical competencies prepared by the researcher.

the results showed that the degree of school principals' practice of administrative and technical competencies is high.

the results showed that there were no differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the degree of school principals' practice of administrative and technical competencies due to the gender variable.
