it will also discuss the definition of each and answer the main research issue, which is identifying the influence of both companies, using descriptive analytical approach.

the research concluded a set of results: ignorance with its two types; the minor and major, enters both companies.

the minor ignorance is forgiven while the major one, which causes conflict and discord, terminates the contract.
