Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the level of practicing theory of leadership by love and its relationship with emotional intelligence among female school principals in Madinah.

it also aims to explore the differences between the opinions of the study sample members, if any, according to the experience and training courses.

the study used the descriptive survey approach, and the study sample consisted of (136) female principals in public education in Madinah, who represent (20%) of the study population.

to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed that included (60) statements distributed on six dimensions: emotional management, affective/realistic knowledge, social communication, principals love of the school, parents love, the principals love of teachers and school staff.

the apparent validity conducted by opinions of the arbitrators and constructive validity performed by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient.

the reliability test was also performed by calculating the "alpha Cronbach" coefficient.

a set of statistical methods were applied via SPSS to test hypotheses and to analyze the results.

the study found that the degree of practicing female principals in medina for all dimensions of leadership by love has reached a high level.

the study also found a positive relationship between female principals and emotional intelligence.

moreover, the study explored that there were no statistically significant differences between study sample opinions on the dimensions of leadership by love and emotional intelligence due to the variables of experience and training courses.

finally, there are statistically significant differences between study sample opinions on the dimension of leadership by love for those with experience of (11) years or more.
