Abstract EN

This study aimed at knowing the role of e-administration in school organising at the schools that follow marks directorate of education from the principals' point of views.

the researcher used the descriptive survey approach, the study sample was (95) male and female principals for Marka directorate of education which belongs to ministry of education in Amman.

the study tool was a questionnaire covers two main aspects with (25) items.

the results of study show that the role of e-administration in school organising at schools of Marka directorate of education from the principals' point of views was medium , also it show that there is a significant statistical differences at (a=0.05) in study sample answers on the role of e-administration in school organising attributed to sex and academic qualification variables, but there is no statistical differences at ( a=0.05) on sample study answers on the role of e-administration in school organising in the targeted schools attributed to experience variable (163).
