these technologies are a real revolution in management according to different changes brought from the various administrative style add to all that the using of technology from most of the administration also, these means are necessary to improve performance, give opportunities and contribute to facilitating the administrative process.

in addition, it's an obligation to get rid of traditional management and work towards electronic management.
