The importance of the study lies in the fact that it is looking at one of the important topics that are absent from the list of administrative research in the field of sports management, as it sheds light on the most important problems that the clubs of Wasit Governorate suffer from, and seeks to find appropriate solutions for them.

A measure of the most important paragraphs appropriate for the management of organizational conflict in clubs, and the research problem centered on the fact that the majority of problems that most clubs suffer from are always a result of differing points of view among members, looking at events from one side, defending the personal interests of members, and neglecting the importance of cooperation and exchanging opinions in Managing the crises that afflict the sports club, which is blamed solely on the club president.

The research aimed to build a measure of leadership skills and prepare a measure in conflict management, and the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method and correlations, identifying the research community that consists of members of the administrative bodies of Wasit clubs, whose number is (794) members distributed over (29) clubs and formed The research sample consisted of (232) members of the administrative bodies of the clubs in Wasit Governorate, and they represent the research community distributed over (29) clubs officially registered in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as the research sample was divided into (130) members for the sample of building the leadership skills scale and preparing the conflict management scale organizational and (20) members for the pilot experiment and (82) members for the application experiment.Several conclusions were reached, the most important of which are: 1- The members of the administrative bodies enjoy leadership skills.

2- The members of the administrative bodies enjoy managing the conflict in their clubs.

3- The attitude of the members of the administrative bodies towards leadership skills and organizational conflict management was positive.
