The importance of the research lies in the researcher’s endeavor to prepare a rehabilitation program accompanied by a device designed to make some adaptations for the muscles working on the knee joint by preparing rehabilitative exercises for handball players with an anterior cruciate ligament rupture of the second degree so that the athlete can return to the stadiums in a shorter time and at the level it was before The incidence of injury or close to it, and the research aims to design a device that injured the anterior cruciate ligament for handball players and prepare a rehabilitation program accompanied by the device designed to treat anterior cruciate ligament injury for handball players And to identify the effect of the rehabilitation program accompanied by the designed device in rehabilitating anterior cruciate ligament injury for handball players, the researchers used the experimental method by designing one group with two tests, pre and post tests, and the research community was represented by players of first-class clubs in Wasit governorate for handball, and the sample was chosen deliberately, after conducting tribal tests and applying Training on the sample, post-tests were conducted and statistical data were processed, and many conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that the rehabilitation program accompanied by the designed device has a positive effect on the speed of the injured players' return to the stadiums because it contributed to strengthening the muscles surrounding the knee joint.
