As a general principle, the implementation of the administration's decisions is voluntary with respect to individuals who are concerned with such decisions, meaning that these individuals should normally opt to implement such decisions without compulsion.

however, in cases individuals abstain from implementing such decisions, the administration should seek the judiciary for compulsory implementation by means of coercive force.

the administrative law also bestows upon the administration the authority to ensure a direct implementation of its decisions without resorting to the judiciary.

such authority is deemed one of the most significant public authority privileges that are bestowed upon the administration, and therefore the law has prescribed a set of guarantees to ensure that the administration does not abuse its authority.

The following paper shall shed the lights on these fundamental guarantees in the Qatari Law.
