The concept of sustainable development has gradually emerged as an ideolow and as a program of action: a healthy environment has become a right for all, and equitable access to the earth's resources is considered paramount.

Le concept du développement durable a graduellement émergé comme une idéologie et comme un programme d'action : un environnement sain est devenu un droit pour tous, et l'accès équitable aux ressources de la terre est considéré primordial.

ce concept n'a pas un seul objectif, celui de la protection de l'environnement, bien que sa naissance soit beaucoup plus liée aux problèmes de la nature qu'aux autres éléments sociopolitiques du monde moderne.
cest pour cette raison que, dans la littérature sur le développement durable, on trouve un lien étroit entre environnement et développement durable ; notre problématique de recherche de savoir que/ "impact de la gouvernance territoriale et le développement durable ? pour répondre a cette problématique on va traiter de répartir le sujet en deux partie.
la première partie qui présentera le développement durable ces principes et moyens et la deuxième partie ou on va mettre l'accent sur la gouvernance territoriale au Maroc.
