Abstract EN
It was not expected that the young Venezuelan Simon Bolivar, a scion of an aristocratic Spanish family, would be the liberator of the Latin American continent, by defeating the Spanish colonialist there, especially since many factors played an influential role in refining Simon Bolivar's personality and making him more intense, sophisticated and attached to his people, As well as the influential political developments in Europe, especially after the rise of Napoleon Bonaparte and his wars with opponents, which directly affected Venezuela and the rest of the Spanish colonies overseas.
Simon Bolivar was forced to live in exile, after the great fall of the First Republic of Venezuela, which lived during the period (July 5, 1811 - July 25, 1812), where he went to the province of New Granada, which succeeded in declaring its independence from the Spanish colonies, and issued an important statement explaining the factors that It led to the fall of the First Republic of Venezuela, and his supporters demanded the continuation of the armed struggle.
Indeed, with his fighters, after fierce battles with the supporters of the Spanish monarchy, he was able to announce the birth of the Second Venezuelan Republic on August 7, 1813, to start a new era in Venezuela's political history.
