The importance of the issue is to unveil the occupation that took place inside the African continent, according to which “Cabinda” became a province of the State of Angola; When Cuba intervened, Angola supported its own interests.

As for the method used in the study, it is the historical method with all its means and tools, where the course of events is traced through the descriptive retrieval method and logical analysis of historical events.

The research reached the most important results: First - Angola, with its occupation of its African neighbor “Cabinda”, presented a model for African-African occupation and not European-African occupation as usual, while Cabinda formed a distinct geographical unit with a history different from the history of Angola.

Secondly, the “clients” played a major role in the conflict between East and West.

During the expansion and transfer of the Cold War to the Third World, using the West Eastern competition to achieve their own local and regional interests through camouflage and other means, Cabinda emerged from the clutches of Portuguese colonialism to the dungeons of the Angolan occupation, and this was done with Cuban support and Soviet blessing.
