The importance of research lies in the means to be followed in the use of armed force and its controls, the research aims at the importance of knowing international legal controls in the case of the use of armed force at the international and local level and the sovereignty of states, the researcher followed in his research the descriptive analytical approach to clarify the meanings of the texts and related legal materials, as well as the use of the curriculum, and to achieve the objectives of the research addressed the importance of reaching the document The legal ity of armed intervention and its legal controls, the researcher in his research reached the most important results: there must be a legal justification and its opposition with sovereignty is clear in accordance with a legal provision in international law of armed intervention, the most important recommendations were: the need to emphasize in cases of the use of armed force and punish the State that exceeds the limits of the use of armed force in accordance with international humanitarian law.
