يركز هذا المقال على دراسة وحصر الاختصاصات الأخرى للمحكمة الدستورية.
فقد تبين أن المحكمة أهملت وأغفلت من خلال نظامها المحدد لقواعد عملها بعض تلك الاختصاصات الواردة صراحة في الدستور.
كما أنها تجاهلت تفصيل وحسم بعض التناقض في بعض مواد الدستور المتعلقة بتلك الاختصاصات.
Abstract EN
This article focuses on studying and limiting the other powers of the constitutional court.
it has been shown that the court neglected and overlooked, through its specific regulation of rules, some of those powers explicitly stated in the constitution.
it also neglected to detail and resolve some of the contradictions in some articles of the constitution related to those powers.
