تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى جاهزية مكتبات المطالعة العمومية بولاية بسكرة لإنشاء شبكة تعاونية في مجال الخدمات المكتبية عامة وخدمة الإعارة التبادلية على وجه الخصوص، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع العاملين بالمكتبات المعنية والبالغ عددهم 26 موظفا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان الإلكتروني وفق نموذج Google forms وآخر مطبوع، لجمع المعلومات وتفريغ البيانات وتحليلها بواسطة برنامج SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المكتبات المعنية في طور الجاهزية حاليا لتبني مشروع شبكة تعاونية يربط بين المكتبة الرئيسية محمد عصامي بولاية بسكرة وملحقاتها، لتسيير جميع الخدمات المكتبية على رأسها الإعارة التبادلية، وتوجد رغبة كبيرة عند العاملين من أجل مواكبة التكنولوجيا في الخدمات المكتبية، والعمل ضمن شبكة موحدة، كما توجد بعض النقائص التي تسببت في تأخر انطلاق هذا المشروع من بينها غياب المتابعة في المكتبات محل الدراسة من طرف الجهات الوصية، ونقص الدعم المالي الموجه لها.
Abstract EN
This study aims to assess the readiness of the public reading libraries of Biskra to establish a cooperative network in the field of library services in general and the interlending service in particular.
the population concerned by the field study consists of 26 librarian, and we relied on the descriptive approach with the questionnaire as information collection tool and the SPSS program for data analysis, the study concluded that the concerned libraries are currently in the process of being ready to adopt a cooperative network project linking the main library, Mohamed Essami of Biskra and its annexes, to run all library services, especially the interlending service unified, and there are some shortcomings that caused the delay in launching this project, including the lack of follow-up in the libraries under study by administrative guardianship, and the lack of financial support directed to them.

Cette étude vise à évaluer l'état de préparation des bibliothèques publiques de lecture de Biskra à mettre en place un réseau coopératif des services de bibliothèque en général et du service de prêt interbibliothèques en particulier.
la population concernée par l'étude de terrain est constituée de 26 bibliothécaires, et nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche descriptive avec le questionnaire comme outil de collecte d'informations et le programme SPSS pour l'analyse des données, l'étude a conclu que les bibliothèques concernées sont actuellement en train de mettre en place un projet de réseau coopératif reliant la bibliothèque principale Mohamed Essami de Biskra et ses annexes, pour faire fonctionner tous les services de la bibliothèque, en particulier le prêt interbibliothèques, et il y a certaines lacunes qui ont causé le retard dans le lancement de ce projet, notamment le manque de suivi dans les bibliothèques à l'étude par les tuteurs, et le manque de ressources financières.
