هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستويات التوافق النفسي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات (البعد الانفعالي، البعد الصحي، البعد الأسري، البعد الاجتماعي) وكذا معرفة الفروق بين الجنسين لدى المراهقين المتربصين بمراكز التكوين والتمهين لولاية سعيدة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتطبيق استبيان التوافق النفسي من إعداد الباحثة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات على عينة بلغ حجمها 200 مراهق ومراهقة في إطار التكوين المهني، لقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستويات الأبعاد الأربعة كانت متباينة بين المستوى المنخفض والمتوسط والمرتفع حيث احتل الصدارة محور التوافق الصحي بمستويات متوسطة إلى منخفضة ويليه محور التوافق الانفعالي بمستوى متوسط إلى مرتفع في حين ظهر لدى هذه الفئة من المراهقين القدرة على التوافق النفسي في محور التوافق الاجتماعي ومحور التوافق الأسري بمستويات مرتفعة إلى متوسطة كما دلت نتائج الدراسة على فروق غير دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس وقد تمت مناقشة نتائج الدراسة في إطار الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة وانتهى البحث بخاتمة تضمنت بعض الاستنتاجات والملاحظات ومقترحات في ضوء النتائج.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to explore levels of psychological compatibility among teenagers in vocational training centers in Saida state, examining various dimensions including emotional, health, family, and social aspects.
using a descriptive analytical approach and a psychological compatibility questionnaire developed by the researcher, data were collected from a sample of 200 male and female teenagers.
the results of the study revealed that the levels of the four dimensions varied between low, medium, and high.
health compatibility emerged as the highest, followed by emotional compatibility.
additionally, adolescents demonstrated moderate to high levels of social and family compatibility.
gender differences were found to be non-significant.
the study discusses its findings within the context of existing literature and theoretical frameworks, concluding with insights, observations, and suggestions based on the results.
