This study aimed to evaluate the extent to which information systems governance contributes to achieving competitive advantage in the Algerian public institution, by studying the situation of the Mobilis Corporation, Bouira Agency, based on a questionnaire tool that includes two axes: information systems governance and competitive advantage, which we analyzed using the (SPSS22) program.

Through the study, we concluded that the level of application of information systems governance plays a major role in obtaining competitive advantage, and that there is a positive correlation between both information systems governance and the dimensions of competitive advantage, as the correlation coefficient reached (0.

927).

The study also confirmed the existence of a significant impact.

There is a statistical significance for information systems governance in achieving competitive advantage in Mobilis Corporation, and the value of this effect is (1, 583).
