Abstract EN

This study aims to show the impact of human capital (training, knowledge, competencies and skills, health and safety) in enhancing the creative behavior of employees of the faculty of economic, commercial and management sciences at the university of Algiers 3.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was designed as a tool for collecting data and distributed to a sample of 35 employees.

we used the descriptive and analytical approach and the study concluded that there is a positive relationship between human capital and creative behavior.

the study recommended the necessity of paying attention to human resources and motivating employees to develop and develop their performance and giving them room for creativity and presenting their ideas.
