in order to highlight the importance of this rule and its role in solving the problem of conflict of laws raised by international private relations we study this rule in terms of its definition, its elements, its nature and its evaluation, let us reaffirm its importance through the efforts of jurisprudence in favor of a contentious approach, which has faced criticism of the rule of attribution by American jurisprudence by means of independence and politeness.
