given the technological and scientific development and the general rules not being in line with developments in life, it was necessary for the judge to intervene by interpreting the general rules and expanding them in the form of conditions and obligations that he imposed.

it is the responsibility of the producer (the strong party) as a protection for the weak party (the consumer).

the technological revolution has brought humanity into a new revolution in all fields, hoping for a better future for the green planet, such as genetic modification, which is considered a breakthrough in the field of agricultural food, and a lifeline called for by scientists and producers, on which they placed great hopes for agricultural scientific development and avoiding a wave of famine that might strike the world.

however, this did not happen.
