The subject of minorities is considered to be one of the most significant subjects of international law, which has led the united nations to pay attention to the subject by concluding several international instruments to protect it.

however, it remains exposed to the most heinous crimes against humanity that can be committed in full view of the world.

in the current study, we shed light on the minority of "Uyghur" in Xinjiang-China-and research on the roots of the crisis, indicating various violations and heinous crimes to which it has been subjected and which promote international genocide, especially in the context of China's politics that aim to eliminate its religious, linguistic and cultural identity without any effective international action to end these crimes.
