Health and disease issues have gone beyond a limited medical or biological view to reach the impact of both social and cultural factors, therefore, many studies and research have focused on the relationship between these factors and health and disease issues.

The latter which has a close relationship with social and cultural fabric of any society as it has been proven by some anthropological research.

In this regard, people and communities of different ethnicities, cultures, customs, traditions and religions have different perceptions, which were formed across different historical periods, about health and disease which is referred to as Representations.

thus, the western Islamic Community, like many other communities, also had those representations about them (health and disease).

This duality is well manifested in their artistic and literary productions specifically the proverbs blog.

The proverbs books that were concerned with recording various colloquial proverbs are the closest to embodying the dominant mentality in any society and its perceptions towards various issues.

As, those proverbs were the most frequently on the lips of different social segments, especially the public category.

It has been there for the public Islamic society presented by Al-gharnati and e-zejali books.
