Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the issue of information technology and the role it plays in the information system for non-workers "Chlef Agency", so we focused on studying the case of the healing card in this agency and we looked at the advantages that accrue to the information system of the Social Security Fund as a result of using this card.

Based on the foregoing, we will try to stop to explain the relationship between information technology and the information system in view of its importance in achieving reliability and tangible response in social security, and its importance in quick and easy access to fund services and eliminating waiting time.

Through this study, we came to the conclusion that information is an important resource of the institution's resources in general and the Social Security Fund in particular, as it plays a major role in implementing integration at the level of the institution.

The fund has clearly contributed to the development of the information system and facilitating its work through the introduction of the healing card system.
