the study concluded that there is a correlation and a positive between the dimensions of organizational support and banking leadership, such as motivation, motivation, justice, supervisory support, training, and the most closely related is participation in decision-making.

based on the results of the research, several recommendations were made, the most important of which is the need for the bank to work on training, motivating and encouraging employees to express their opinions and appreciate creative abilities.
