This study's purpose is to describe, analyze, and legitimize the crime of counselling, which is a modernistic crime in our national legislation.

the Algerian legislature derived this crime directly from international agreements, but has not enacted special laws governing its provisions, despite its potential threat to national security and the economy.

in this regard, it is important to make the professional professions aware of the seriousness of their advisory role if they are focused on deviant practices related to money laundering and terrorist financing or organizing criminal associations.

for this reason, the legislature has upgraded it to the status of a serious professional offense, which must be scrutinized and properly addressed.
