This research dealt with an important topic, which is the training standard between the treaty and the agreement, and it was divided into the following: the first topic: what is the treaty, where we discussed the definition of the treaty, explained its formal and substantive conditions, and focused on clarifying the provisions of legal tender ratification, and we arrived at the international approach by not invalidating the treaty through tender ratification.
