Abstract EN

The democratic security is nowadays one of the main tracks attracting the attention of regimes and governments, due its role in enhancing the functions of the political system through mechanisms of accountability, transparency, justice of opportunities distribution, the state of law which ensures individual and collective freedoms, as an endeavour implying political reforms in Algeria, through its various workshops which started since 1989.

our research papers seeks to investigate the main dimensions of the democratic security strategy under the political and constitutional reforms embraced in Algeria while relying on the descriptive-analytical method, the study shows that the results are limited due to reasons relating to the reforms in terms of their content and formulation, added to its environment setting.
