Abstract EN

There have been various modes of reciting the Holy Qura'n in the saying of Allah: “Then it's just fitting- and I say what is just and fitting." (Saad: 84).

These modes reached seven different varieties (transmitted/successive and anomalous).

Hence, this research attempts to trace what has been stated in its direction in the books of the Qura'nic recitations and their directions, in order to uncover the modes of syntactical interpretation in such books; and the extent of its relation to the general denotative meaning of the verse, and how it adopts the evidences that are directed to the meaning from context and the situation where the story is taking place.

This study is significant as it is related to the Holy Qura'n and its recitations.

Such recitations are represented in the significance of the holy verse and the difference in its meaning.

The most important results: - The Qura'nic recitations in the Holy verse which is under discussion, with its recurrent and anomalous mode, represents a record full of the parsing ways that support a syntactical issue, or supports a syntactical origin - or establishes a syntactical saying or a grammatical rule.

- The concerned scholars (blessings and peace of Allah be upon them) have given a special attention to all the recitations included in this holy verse, without differentiating between their successive and anomalous modes.

That is because each of these recitations has a way of the eloquent usage in Arabic, which does not support; and a support of the right analogy which does not obstruct.

- The study explicates that the anomalous recitations have an outstanding effect in syntactic issues, which is like that effect of the recurrent recitations in composing a syntactical rule or disapproval of it.

- The study finds that giving attention to directing these recitations in a syntactic way which far from evoking the connotations of the context and situation.

This causes the attention to be on interpreting the syntactic phenomenon itself rather than on relating it to the meaning.

Thus, it seems that the purpose of such a direction is to find accusative case for the accusative or nominative case for the nominative in a haphazard way.

- The study confirms that, in the Holy Qura'n and its recitations, it is better not to be recited by adding any of its letters or words; and reciting entails the meaning, and that the added letter or word is also from the commonly used ones in the speeches of the Arabs - added for a purpose that can be fulfilled only through it.

- The study finds that there is a significant variation in the syntactic interpretation of the Qura'nic recitations included in the holy verse; and that the most great way is that mode which depends on evidences that are available in directing the meaning, with its eloquence in usage, and its accuracy in composing and synthesis.

- The study confirms that adopting the evidences in directing the Qura'nic recitations to ensure the accuracy of direction and its syntactic and semantic reliability
