The focus of the article revolves around the field of the Western pragmatic perception in terms of reference, methodology and procedure, which is a field that has been able in our time to break into the world of knowledge from its broad gate.

which led us to return to the reference of the Arabic linguistic heritage, in its expanse, to feel the aspects of the pragmatic perception in light of what we called the pragmatic approach.

this approach, which requires, in terms of existence, a cognitive, procedural, and functional space, through which we try to find what justifies this western deliberative cognitive given in our Arab heritage reality, as permitted by the law of intersectionality, as required by the principle of deliberative approach without going beyond it.
