تقليص الأجل الإجرائي في زمن عصرنة العدالة يعتبر من أهم المسائل التي ترمي إلى رفع كفاءة العدالة تحسين نظام التقاضي، إذ يهدف بالدرجة الأولى إلى تسريع الإجراءات الجزائية لتحقيق فصل سريع في موضوع الدعوى العمومية، وهذا ما ستتم دراسته من خلال الوقوف على أهم مستجدات العصرنة والرقمنة في مرفق القضاء ذات الصلة بتقليص مدة الإجراءات وتبسيط عملية التقاضي على المستوى الجزائي.
