The study dealt with the talk about developing talents and abilities in the light of the holy Qur'an.

the study showed that this research consists of an introduction, a preface, four sections, a conclusion, and an index of sources and references.

the study mentioned in the introduction the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, and the objectives, method, and plan of the research.

in the first section, the study showed some foundations for developing talents and abilities include freedom, high determination, and the call to competition.

in the second section: motivators for developing talents and abilities in the light of the holy Qur'an, where self-confidence, raising the spirit of optimism and positivity, brainstorming, and consolidating the principle of Shura, etc., and the third topic: obstacles to developing talents and abilities in the light of the holy Qur'an, where blind imitation is and tyranny by opinion and other things, and in the fourth section: the impact of developing talents and abilities in the holy Qur'an, then i mentioned a number of results, the most important of which are: the holy Qur'an's interest in developing talents and abilities leads to building the effective, creative, and innovative Islamic personality, and developing talents and abilities is one of the main reasons for bringing the nation out of weakness to strength.
