This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-image and general adaptation dimensions among extremity-amputee diabetics.

The findings revealed a significant negative impact on self-image.Additionally, the study identified statistically significant correlations between self-image levels and general adaptation, as well as its dimensions.

Notably, there were no discernible statistically significant differences in self-image levels based on gender, age, or educational attainment.
