Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the requirements of the application of information and communication technology in scientific research from the point of view of a sample of professors at the University of Constantine 2 Abdelhamid Mehri.

In this matter, we adopted as means of research the descriptive approach in addition to using a questionnaire that was administered to an intentional random sample population that consists of 30 male and female professors.

Through the opinions of the respondents, the results of the study concluded that the university does not have the necessary material requirements for the application of information and communication technology.
