Abstract EN

This study examines the issue of plastic surgery and its controls from the legal jurisprudential point of view.

I provided a definition of the most important terms mentioned in the title of the research.

then, I mentioned jurisprudential rules regarding permissible plastic surgeries presented by giving a brief definition to the rule, followed by an evidence for the rule, and concluded by the rule application regarding the plastic surgery.

the study highlights the research objectives in clarifying rules of plastic surgeries, and the occasions in which these surgeries become permissible or forbidden based on the necessity or the urge for theses surgeries.

one off the most important results that this study concludes is that plastic operations and surgeries are either permissible or forbidden depending on the circumstances and what is permissible shall be under certain controls, or for high necessity, or a case of emergency.
