This short study aims to learn about the importance and objectives, components, areas and the dimensions of partnership between government institutions and private business organizations in embracing social and environmental responsibility Its commitment to the concept of social responsibility and environmental protection and its commitment to protect society from the consequences of industrial pollution Its desire to bear the effects of its activities, decisions and economic and social strategies on the environment and society.

It strengthens its position in contributing to the development process and makes it strong within society that seeks to develop.

The study summarizes that the partnership between government institutions and private business organizations with regard to social and environmental responsibility, a prerequisite especially given the accelerating change in the business world.

Governments' service projects face funding problems and in the private sector are restricted by government laws and legislation, and the partnership between the two sectors overcomes all the difficulties thus reflectsonthe environment and society.
