This research paper aims to shed light on the phenomenon of domestic verbal violence against women, relying on the case study technique for a sample of 8 abused women who were intentionally selected in the state of Blida, applying the descriptive analytical approach.

the study stated the need to reject the culture of male domination instilled in both women who accept violence of all kinds and men who practice it without social deterrence, as well as supporting and encouraging the education and work of women and enhancing their self-confidence, and we also concluded that domestic verbal violence against women has psychological and social damages such as loss of self-confidence, loss of desire for social communication, thoughts of suicide, in addition to physical illnesses.
