This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between each extroversion and the level of emotional intelligence with the degree of emotional exhaustion among hotel workers of the ibis business group.

(235) a questionnaire consisting of three scales (the extraversion trait scale, the 24TMMS emotional intelligence scale, and the Maslash emotional exhaustion scale) were distributed.

there is a statistically significant correlation between the level of emotional intelligence and the degree of emotional exhaustion among ibis hotel workers.

the results also revealed that the level of emotional exhaustion can be predicted through the extraversion trait.
