The study aimed to conduct a systematic review of recent scientific research that dealt with levels of psychological burnout among nurses.

in this regard, it analyzed a group of 17 studies that met the specified entry criteria, with the aim of identifying levels of psychological burnout among nurses in hospitals the Algerian.

the review reached several results, the most important of which are: the nature of the work itself imposes pressure that turns into psychological burnout over time, low social status, and a societal view that sees him as merely an extension of the doctor, the presence of organizational problems and the absence of many necessary means of work and lack of psychological support from colleagues or family.
