Abstract EN

The current study aims to identify the trends of employees involved in the "SNAPAP" active syndicate at Ibn Khaldun university-Tiaret-about the extent to which the union action contributes to achieving organizational justice among employees within the university system.

the research was conducted on a sample of 236 men and women, through the adoption of the form technique as a basic technique for collecting information, processing and analyzing it through the adoption of the SPSS program.

the study found that union action contributes, through its field activities, to achieving justice among employees.
