تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة انتشار ثقافة الجودة لدى أساتذة التعليم العالي بالجامعات الجزائرية.
أنجز العمل على عينة قوامها 35 أستاذة للتعليم العالي في السنة الجامعية 2022 / 2023.
أظهرت النتائج وجود نقص عند نسبة من الأساتذة المشاركين في الدراسة وهذا بالنسبة للمعارف المتعلقة بالجودة وأيضا في القيم والسلوكيات المعبرة عنها.
Abstract EN
This study aims to find out how prevalent education quality is among the professors of higher education in Algerian universities.
the work was applied on a sample of 35 professors of higher education in the course of the university year 2022 / 2023.
the results showed that there is a deficiency for a percentage of the professors participating in this study, and this was in terms of the knowledge related to quality, as well as the values and behaviors expressing it.
