The laws are evidence of the genius of the legislative industry, which necessitates their formulation according to a consistent policy that guarantees the achievement of goals, which must be respected when setting the rules of real estate registration, which came to purify the real estate, and make it an element of the economic dynamism in Algeria.

This research paper came to deal with the authenticity of the real estate rights registration, and the validity of the statute of acquisitive prescription in it.

As there are several opinions on this issue, which requires analyzing the arguments of these opinions and assessing their soundness in order to improve the contents of the real estate law in this matter.
