This study aims to achieve the effectiveness, growth and progress of banks, and it is a goal that requires the availability of several basic elements, the first of which is the selection of effective leaders and characterized by talents capable of taking appropriate decisions, as well as clarifying the importance of the role played by branch managers in raising the level and effectiveness of banks.
